Single-user system
•A PC is a single-user system because only one person can use it at a time. If more
than one person can use the computer, there is a need for passwords to control
access to the software and to the files.
Multi user system
•A Multi user system involves a single computer
to which many users have apparently simultaneous access. Typically, each user
accesses the system`s server computer across a network, using a PC as a client
computer.
